What is the Longevity Jump Start Course?

It’s a 4-week journey to create your foundation for vibrant aging.

 

Inside the course, you’ll gain the knowledge you need to understand the factors that impact how well or poorly you will age. You’ll learn that you have so much more control over how well you age than you may think.

You will discover that so many “age-related” symptoms and diseases many doctors tell you to just live with and give you a pill to mask the symptoms for are actually caused by premature aging due to our society’s poor diet and lifestyle. Just because you may be predisposed to a certain disease, it doesn’t mean you will get it. Enter epigenetics, which you’ll learn all about.

Upon completing the course, you’ll have the knowledge to understand what impacts aging and the tools to positively influence those factors and age vibrantly.

Hi, I’m Brenda...

I created this course with the sole purpose to help you take control of how you’ll age.

I’m certified in functional nutrition, have a master’s degree in business and health sciences and taught yoga for 20 years, extensively exploring the mind/body connection.

My passion for wellness and longevity was born out of my own health journey…

From healing an autoimmune disease in my 20s to rebuilding my health after a life-threatening bout of pneumonia in my 30s to navigating how to feel vibrant during perimenopause and beyond.  

I just turned 50 – and feel the best I ever have.

Sadly, often people feel worse with each passing year of life.

Many struggle to stay at a healthy weight and keep risk factors for disease at bay.

What we've come to think of a "normal aging" isn’t normal at all. In most cases, it's premature aging.

And, it doesn’t have to be this way.
