Hi, I’m Brenda...
I’m certified in functional nutrition, have a master’s degree in business and health sciences and taught yoga for 20 years, extensively exploring the mind/body connection.
My passion for wellness and longevity was born out of my own health journey…
From healing an autoimmune disease in my 20s to rebuilding my health after a life-threatening bout of pneumonia in my 30s to navigating how to feel vibrant during perimenopause and beyond. Â
I just turned 50 – and feel the best I ever have.

Many struggle to stay at a healthy weight and keep risk factors for disease at bay.
