Hi, I’m Brenda...

I’m certified in functional nutrition, have a master’s degree in business and health sciences and taught yoga for 20 years, extensively exploring the mind/body connection.

My passion for wellness and longevity was born out of my own health journey…

From healing an autoimmune disease in my 20s to rebuilding my health after a life-threatening bout of pneumonia in my 30s to navigating how to feel vibrant during perimenopause and beyond.  

I just turned 50 – and feel the best I ever have.

Sadly, often people feel worse with each passing year of life.

Many struggle to stay at a healthy weight and keep risk factors for disease at bay.

What we've come to think of a "normal aging" isn’t normal at all. In most cases, it's premature aging.

And, it doesn’t have to be this way.

This program is designed to create a foundation of habits for vibrant aging.

Our 12-session package consists of a comprehensive assessment of your background and current wellness state.
