Hi! I’m Brenda…

I just turned 50, and I feel the best I’ve ever felt in my life. 

But the road to get here was filled with many ups and downs from putting a thyroid autoimmune disease into remission in my 20s to rebuilding my health after a life-threatening infection to navigating the rollercoaster ride of mid-life hormones.  

Despite these challenges, I’m grateful for it all.

My experiences led me to becoming a certified functional nutritionist as well as earning a master’s degree in health sciences. My journey led me to supporting others who, like me, wish to live a long vibrant life.  

The myth that we can’t stay strong, healthy, and active as we age is just that – a myth.
